DocIT Lite

DocIT is a complete Documentt Management System  developed with years of customer interaction the system is aimed at those users who require a system capable of growing with their organisational needs,  simple to use, yet yielding the power to cope with various environments and most of all non propriety insuring you can view the information for many years to come, regardless of your OS.

 It is a full three-tier client server application utilising the strengths of a full database yet not having the overhead of a separate user or client based licensing issue. This allows us to offer a full enterprise wide retrieve licence from the outset, thereby allowing our customers the freedom to add as many users as they wish to their complete document management solution.

The system has been designed from the ground up to cater for organisations of any size, it may be deployed on a department or company wide basis. DocIT is not platform dependant and we use industry standard file and data base formats. The System is also completely modular, barcode recognition, OCR, forms recognitions, web publishing and work flow can all be added.

HR DOCS
 

HRDocs is used as a document management solution for HR departments that receive resumes and personnel files in different formats (paper, fax, e-mail, word attachments, text files, mail etc). Using HRDocs, these resumes and personnel documents are stored in a document repository on your server and can be indexed according to the relevant position the applicant is applying for or by employee name and document type.

Any HR consultant accessing this document repository from any physical location can do a search for a particular employee or applicant or job category that matches the criteria being searched for. HR consultants can collaborate on the personnel files or resumes, add comments with annotations, and share this with other consultants in the organization irrespective of their physical location.

HRDocs provides a cost-effective and efficient way of keeping all records in one place while allowing secure access and collaboration on these records. Additionally HRDocs is ideally suited for managing all the paperwork associated with the HR function including Personnel Files, Forms, Medical Files, Health & safety, Training Documents and all files associated with Personnel.
